Returns
Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your timely return of such items per our return policy guidelines. Merchandise that is being returned should be sent back in the original packaging with all tags and paperwork; it must be in same, new condition as when it was received and must be resalable, or we will refuse your return request. Credit will be given in the original form of payment.
We must receive written notification using the Contact Us form prior to returning any items. If merchandise is returned without proper authorization, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request. The merchandise will be returned to you.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged while in transit, you will be able to file a claim against the shipping company.
